TUNE LEARNING

We want to encourage more people to try playing at the “Divine pitch” of A = 432 Hz. Some videos in our Divine Pitch Tunes series have been targeted towards play-along-ability. Watch this space for a series of simple tutorials to help beginners bridge the gap to playing simple folk tunes.

ALPHABET SONGBOOK

The Alphabet Songbook is a uniquely New Zealand-centric resource for parents and teachers of young children
(0-8 years).

Music participation contributes positively to every aspect of a young child’s development, but without meaningful resources, caregivers often rely on highly-produced children’s music recordings. The Alphabet Songbook provides accessible pathways for any adult to enjoy singing and playing with children, regardless of any prior musical experience.

Visit alphabetsongbook.nz for online supporting resources and purchase a copy of the book for $25.
